  • Weston Wing Preschool and Childcare — Weston, MA

Weston Wing provides half and full-day programming year-round. Our ten-month school year goes from September to June, following the Weston public school calendar for holidays and storm closures. We are open during February and April vacation weeks. Weston Wing also provides programming for ten weeks over the summer with separate admission.

Our full-time operating hours are 8am to 5pm; early drop-off can be arranged with the director. Weston Wing’s Toddler and Preschool morning programs begin at 9:00am end at 12pm; Pre-kindergarten and TK morning program begins at 8:30 and ends at 1pm. An extended day is available for all programs and is a continuation of the daily curriculum. Additional non-contracted time can be arranged with the director with advance notice.

  • Toddlers may enroll for a minimum of 2 days per week. Preschoolers may enroll for a minimum of 3 days per week. Pre-K and T-K requires 4 or 5 days per week.

Additional non-contracted time may be arranged with the director if feasible within health and safety guidelines with advanced notice.

Weston Wing expects and intends to open and operate on a full-time schedule for the School Year. In the event Weston Wing is prevented or delayed from opening as a result of a force majeure (“Force Majeure”), Weston Wing will make all reasonable efforts to open and operate as soon as possible thereafter, but performance by Weston Wing will otherwise be excused for the period of such delay. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, the COVID-19 pandemic, any and all associated consequential impacts arising therefrom, or any other prevention, delay or stoppage due to governmental regulation and EEC licensing requirements, strikes, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather event, war, terrorist act, civil unrest, martial law, public disaster, riot, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, and/or other health emergencies, shortage of or disturbance in labor or materials, governmental law, regulation, restriction, or order, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Weston Wing.

All deposits, tuition and fees due and payable pursuant to the School Year Contract will continue to be due and payable during a Force Majeure interruption of services as specified hereunder. If Weston Wing is prevented from opening and operating within a reasonable time after the start date, the Board, in its sole discretion, may offer a retroactive adjustment for tuition and fees paid while Weston Wing was not in operation.

In the event traditional, in-person, learning cannot be provided for any Force Majeure event, the School will strive to, but will not be obligated to, provide virtual learning lessons and assistance, to the extent the School is able. Additional non-contracted time may be arranged with the director if feasible within health and safety guidelines with advanced notice.
