• Staff

  • Our teachers are supportive and nurturing educators. Most of our faculty have a bachelor’s degree, some an advanced degree. All our teachers are certified through the Massachusetts Dept of Early Education and Care in addition to their individual degrees. Through our annual professional development plans, our teachers keep current with advances in early childhood education and best practices.

From the beginning, Weston Wing has dedicated itself to the social/emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of children. We believe that each child is an individual with a unique personality, learning style, and potential. Our responsibility is to provide stimulation, direction, and encouragement in a warm, secure, and nurturing environment. This will enable each child to develop a positive self-‐image essential for the development of skills and successful social interactions. All teaching staff develops curriculum in accordance with our curriculum guidelines. Teachers write progress notes on their students, record planning and post curriculum for parents.
